Visiting George Motz’s Hamburger America

Burger Scholar George Motz is arguably the most famous hamburger personality out there, becoming America’s leading expert after his 2004 cult-hit documentary Hamburger America. Now he has opened the doors to his first restaurant: Hamburger America in SoHo, Manhattan, New York City. And the burgers are AMAZING!
